1. Before class
   1. Check what time your zoom class starts.
   2. Check your surroundings Make sure there is nothing distracting!
   3. Make sure you are in a quiet area
   4. Enter the zoom class 10 minutes before the start time.
   5. Wait for the teacher to admit you into class.
   6. Mute your audio Enable your video
   7. Please wait for your teacher to begin the lesson
2. During Class
   1. Do not open other browser windows unless instructed by your teacher.
   2. If you want to speak, click on "raise your hand" and wait for your teacher to unmute you.
   3. Classroom time is precious - do not use the chat function unnecessarily
   4. Always show your face via the camera
3. Troubleshooting tips
   1. BEFORE the lesson: contact your teacher for help at least 5 minutes before the lesson starts DURING the lesson:
   2. write a written account of 100 words 5W1H on the difficulties you faced.
   3. Submit to your teacher after class & follow your teacher's instructions.
