If you’ve ever found yourself confused about how to submit your lesson from My Drive to the MOE Library, you're not alone. The process has evolved — but don't worry! This blog (and song 🎶) will walk you through the updated flow with clarity and a little rhythm.

🎬 What Changed?

Previously, SLS allowed a direct submission from My Drive to the MOE Library. But with system updates, this workflow has shifted. Teachers now need to use a more structured approach that begins with starring a lesson and then transferring it via Manage Module in the MOE Drive.

📌 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Start with Starred Resources
In My Drive, locate the lesson you wish to submit.
🌟 Click the star icon to mark it as a resource for later use.

2. Navigate to Manage Module
Head to Administration → Manage Module.
This is now the official entry point for publishing to the MOE Library.

3. Create a New Module

• Click Create New Module

• Select the group you belong to (e.g. SLS PD, Sec Science, Primary Math etc)

4. Insert Your Starred Lesson

• Under Star Resources, select the lesson(s) you starred earlier

• Click Choose to insert them into the new module

5. Edit Module Title
The title will default to "Untitled" — be sure to rename it to something meaningful and clear for other educators.

6. Check for Issues

• Scan for any unapproved media or incompatible items

• Replace or remove them to ensure a smooth publishing experience

• Click Save
